COVID-19 Shipping Policy
JDOL is still up and running, but in order to stay as safe as possible, we will be shipping out web orders on a weekly basis instead of within our usual 24-48 hour window. Please email us at email@example.com if you need a shipment by a specific day and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.
Please allow 2-3 days handling after an order is placed. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped from our Brooklyn location.
UPS is our courier of choice and USPS may be used on occasion. Please be aware that we cannot ship to certain countries.
Expedited shipping is also available for an additional cost. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders placed on weekends and after 1 PM EST on weekdays will not be processed until the next business day.
Please be aware that customs fees, taxes and duties applied to international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
You can return any item purchased on the JDOL website within 20 days of the date of purchase. All shipping costs and risks are your responsibility, so we suggest using a method that includes tracking and proper amount of insurance for your item(s). Here are the instructions for returning an item:
1. Ship the item(s) to our office location using your preferred shipping method: 580 Carroll st 1D, Brooklyn, NY 11215.
2. Contacts us via phone or email to notify us of the item(s) being returned and provide the tracking number (if applicable).
3. Please make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
Once your package reaches us, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed (depending on peak times and payment methods). If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Sales tax will be applied to all orders that ship within the state of New York. Taxes are automatically added at checkout.
